Job Opening: Senior Quality Control Technician
Qemtex is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quality Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and specification requirements.

Job Requirements
- Validate and perform sampling in accordance with SOPs to ensure products meet the required standards.
- Review and create quality reports for workers.
- Analyze and submit quality reports to the manufacturing supervisor.
- Suggest technological upgrades or changes in response to quality issues.
- Ensure that quality requirements are met by entities under your control.
- Identify problems within the processes and recommend halting or reviewing production when necessary.
- Monitor and detect finished products that do not meet specification requirements or have non-conformities.
- Develop quality control plans to eliminate existing or potential defects.
- Ensure consistent compliance with required standards and specifications.
- Monitor the progress of corrective actions on product defects.
- Conduct product inspections, evaluate data, and determine non-conformance in products.
- Review test results and work instructions to ensure error-free testing.
- Maintain accurate and consistent documentation of all activities, facilities, equipment, and instructions during the manufacturing process to ensure they are in good condition before being distributed or sold.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop quality control plans and suggest improvements.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
