Qemtex is seeking a dedicated marketing manager to join our team in the UAE. The Marketing manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our powder coating products. Job Requirements
- Conduct comprehensive market research on trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in the powder coating industry.
- Analyze market data to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and boost sales growth for powder coating products.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals.
- Design and manage product launches and promotional activities with the sales department to support new and existing powder coating products.
- Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and events, to effectively communicate the benefits of our powder coating solutions.
- Oversee the development and execution of brand positioning and messaging strategies for powder coating products.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Create, organize, and distribute brochures, technical documents, presentations, and promotional giveaways.
- Manage online presence, including the website, social media, and digital advertising, to engage customers and generate leads.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and R&D, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners.
Qualifications
- A master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- At least 5+ years of job experience as a marketing manager with specialization in the powder coating industry.
- Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
