Job Opening: Finance Manager
Qemtex is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager is the key professional responsible for ensuring the organization’s financial health. This role involves conducting accurate data analysis and advising senior management on strategies to maximize profits and secure the company's long-term success.

Responsibilities:
- Provide sustainable financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
- Advise on investment activities and suggest strategies that the company should adopt.
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plan.
- Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Oversee the finance department’s operations, set goals and objectives, and design a framework to meet them.
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure the appropriate monitoring of company finances.
- Coordinate with various departments to discuss company plans and reach a consensus on future direction.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Manager.
- CFA, CPA, or similar certifications will be considered a plus.
- BS/MA degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
- Proficiency in using finance software.
- Fluent in Russian (requirement).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Able to manage, guide, and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
- Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
