About Hend
Hend Mohamed, MBA as Qemtex Production Manager, bringing over 12 years of extensive experience in the powder coatings industry. Her career journey began as a Quality Control Engineer at a renowned powder coating manufacturing organization, progressing through roles as an R&D Engineer and Production Engineer before her promotion to Production Manager. In this role, she successfully managed a team of over 50 employees, demonstrating a dynamic and results-driven approach to production processes with a proven track record of excellence.
As an experienced production and people manager, Hend excels in optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams. Her expertise spans strategic planning and capacity management, resource allocation, project management, and quality assurance, all of which she leverages to ensure alignment with company goals and maximize productivity. Hend is also committed to prioritizing Health and safety and environmental standards, thriving in fast-paced environments, and consistently driving initiatives that meet and exceed production targets.
Hend is an chemical engineering graduate from Cairo University, Egypt. She further honed her strategic vision by completing her MBA in International Business from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transportation (AAST) in 2024. This advanced degree has equipped her with the acumen to lead capital expenditure initiatives and integrate executive standards into core operations. Hend is passionate about developing talent and mentoring future leaders, and she is committed to delivering exceptional results and contributing to Qemtex's mission of innovation and sustainability.
