Location: Dubai, UAE

Position Closed: Human Resources Manager

Qemtex is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee our HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and day-to-day HR operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Dubai office.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the powder coating industry or related industries, along with a proven track record of success in HR management. Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits programs, and personnel management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures

Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies

Oversee personnel management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee relations

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and objectives

Requirements:

Experience in the powder coating industry or related industries

Proven experience in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management

In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and HR Management best practices

Experience in creating and managing Employee Benefits programs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals and teams from diverse backgrounds and cultures

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus
