Job Opening: Machine Operator
Qemtex is seeking a reliable Machine operator to join our team in Umm Al Quwain. The machine operator will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Job Requirements
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle.
- Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed) to ensure optimal performance.
- Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines.
- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools to ensure quality.
- Test the operation of machines periodically to maintain efficiency.
- Fix issues that may occur during the shift to minimize downtime.
- Check output to identify any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
- Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.
- Maintain machine production activity logs to track performance and issues.
Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of production experience as a machine operator in the powder coating industry.
- Age between 25–40 years.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
