Born in Baku, Azerbaijan, he graduated from law school there and began his career at Azercell Telecom, one of the largest telecommunication companies in the CIS region.
During his career, Chingiz has held various roles such as Human Resources Manager, Recruitment Manager, and Deputy Head of Talent Acquisition. His successful career has included positions with companies in finance, oil and gas, chemical, and IT across different regions, including the CIS, Europe, MENA, Central Asia, and South Asia.
