About Massimo
With nearly thirty years of experience in the powder coatings industry, Massimo Marchesini is the chief technical supervisor at Qemtex. His professional background includes technical and managerial roles in companies in Europe, Australia, and Asia.
Marchesini began his career in 1994 at Europolveri SPA in Italy, where he spent 15 years, eventually advancing to the position of technical manager. Subsequently, he became the plant manager at Pulverit in Italy and Poland, and later held the same position at ST Powder Coatings, concentrating on production process optimization and product quality control.
In 2016, Massimo transitioned to a global consulting role, providing expertise to companies in Australia, Poland, Russia, China, Israel, Algeria, and Italy. This experience gave him a comprehensive perspective on the global powder coatings market and its trends.
Throughout his career, Marchesini has successfully managed production facilities, implemented industry best practices, and achieved targeted results. At Qemtex, he oversees technical operations and ensures high product quality standards.
