About Sarvesh
Sarvesh Barve is the Head of Sales at Qemtex Powder Coatings, bringing over 23 years of experience in the powder coatings industry across the Middle East and international markets.
He has built his career at the intersection of technical service and commercial development, with hands-on experience in customer support, product trials, site operations, and new line setup. Throughout his career, Sarvesh has worked closely with applicators, extrusion plants, and industrial clients, developing a deep understanding of both product performance and real-world application requirements.
Sarvesh has extensive market knowledge across the countries of GCC and South Asia, with a strong network of relationships spanning customers, approved applicators, equipment suppliers, and chemical partners. He has been actively involved in developing applicator networks, conducting audits, and onboarding new partners into structured programs.
His technical expertise covers corrosion testing, color matching, industrial coating systems (including two-coat systems), and key segments such as architectural aluminium, extrusion, switchgear, and industrial applications.
At Qemtex, Sarvesh is focused on scaling sales operations, expanding regional presence, and converting technical capability into sustainable commercial growth. He combines strong market relationships with practical technical knowledge to deliver solutions that meet the performance demands of the region.
