About Selman
Selman Ak, Factory Director, has over 24 years of experience in the powder coatings industry. He oversees all plant operations, ensures efficient production processes, and maintains high quality standards. Selman leverages his expertise in quality assurance, operations management, extruder manufacturing, and bonding to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence at Qemtex.
Originally from Tunceli, Türkiye, Selman Ak has over 17 years of experience in leadership roles centered on production and planning. He has worked with major powder coating manufacturers in Türkiye, successfully enhancing production efficiency, implementing quality control systems, and managing large teams.
His initiatives have led to doubled production capacity through innovative improvements, the implementation of cost-saving measures, and elevated safety standards in the factories. In addition to his operational expertise, Selman Ak has provided technical support and consultancy services to improve production machinery and processes.
