Job Opening: Commercial Director

Qemtex is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to drive our commercial strategy and accelerate growth across key markets, including the Europe, North America, MENA, and Asia-Pacific.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in a senior commercial leadership role within the powder coatings industry, with at least 5 years of experience in middle or top management positions. Strong skills in global sales, strategy development and execution are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to enhance market share and profitability

Oversee sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction

Foster a customer-centric culture and build long-term partnerships

Represent Qemtex at industry events and key customer meetings

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a senior commercial role within the powder coatings industry

Proven success in driving sales growth in global markets, including the US, Europe, Asia-Pacific, MENA, and GCC

Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills

RAbility to motivate and lead high-performing teams
