Job Opening: Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving revenue growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of success in sales.
Job Requirements
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the powder coatings industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to management on a regular basis.
  • Identifying and developing sustainable relationships with key accounts at both strategic and tactical level.
  • Liaise with the technical team to solve the grievances of the customers.
    • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles.
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in Powder Coating (Chemical manufacturing) sector Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
